2nd Annual Vintage Rally Wondai

The Second Annual Vintage Glider Rally was held at Wondai (Near Kingaroy) over the weeked (5th-7th).The weather could have been kinder, and it kept the numbers down, but there was flights of 4 hours on Saturday in windy conditions and while not as strong on Sunday (the wind or the thermals) there was still one flight of 4+ hours. Launching was by Winch and Auto-tow with the available room heights of over 2000 Feet AGL were available.

A group of people from the Wondai Club was joined by people from Caboolture, Kingaroy and Boonah.
