WAVE

Sunday 18th was a WAVE DAY .   Kael and I in NTT aerotowed to near the south end of Mt French.This was the roughest tow ive ever had in rotor /wash/gusts/? Eventually we found weak wave towards Mt Edwards .This turned to 8+Knts.Av. @ 8,500ft.Some of that time we were flying backwardsover the ground with headwind of almost 50 Knts. Flew to Mt Maroon @ 90+ Knts.bumping 8,500ft all the way. Worked back to near Cunninghams Gap looking down at the clouds then back to the Airfield which had nice wave over it.  2Hrs of great fun (no engine required)John
